Dr. Melissa Ramirez is Board Certified in Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She provides inpatient and outpatient care for children and adults utilizing thorough evaluations and a caring, sensitive approach to treatment. She also has expertise in treating Filipino families. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with a minor in Biology, at The University of Texas at Austin. She obtained her medical degree at The University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines. She completed one year of internship at Makati Medical Center, also in Manila.
Dr. Ramirez completed her General Psychiatry residency at Maricopa Integrated Health System where she then completed her fellowship for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She is committed to providing the best care possible to her patients. Her passion about her field is evident in her dedication to improve the quality of life of patients dealing with a variety of mental health issues in different populations.

Dr. Elizabeth Bochtler is Board Certified in Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and presenting concerns.
Dr. Bochtler completed her first two years of undergraduate education at Richmond, The American International University in London, and then transferred to Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a minor in Biochemistry.
She obtained her medical degree from The Chicago Medical School (Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science), in North Chicago, Illinois. She completed a residency in psychiatry at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, and a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, a combined program associated with Columbia University College of Physicians and Weill Cornell Medical College.
Dr. Bochtler moved to Arizona after fellowship and has been working in outpatient mental health. She has a young son who commands most of her free time.
Karen Beatty is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health.
She graduated from Arizona State University in 1994, with a Masters of Social Work. She has over 20 years of experience in providing individual, family and couples counseling.
She is trained in EMDR, with the focus on goal/solution oriented therapy. She has experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, stress management, mindfulness and acceptance. She works with young adults (age 16-25) and adults (26-75).
Lorain Moorehead is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. Lorain completed degrees in psychology, child and family development, and social work at Arizona State University.
Lorain specializes in work with children through young adults, individuals and families. In particular, she works with concerns relating to depression, anxiety, and school avoidance. Lorain also works with parenting concerns including behavior modification, and post-partum anxiety and depression.
Lorain specializes in a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Skills (DBT), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and has even taught these modalities to students at the graduate level.
